Flip is also trained in the art of improvisation. He has studied and performed with such troupes as:
Receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University, Flip also managed to graduate cum laude...to the surprise of both him AND his parents!
Flip has written many short plays, a musical, "The Brooklyn Knight", which had its world premiere reading in 1997, and has sold a script, which he and another comedian wrote, that was made into a short film called "Paper".
Most recently, Flip wrote a film called "Mr. Right Before" (© 2002) that was one of 250 scripts to make it into the second round of competition in HBO's Project Greenlight.
